Customer reported water staining on ceiling ,thought it was related to previous work performed by jtp . Leak was dripping from ceiling tile within commercial office space. Upon arrival, performed visual inspection above drop ceiling and located the source of the leak. Determined that water was discharging from a ¾” PVC condensate drain line connected to a rooftop HVAC unit. Noted that the leak is HVAC-related and outside the scope of licensed plumbing services. Informed customer that a licensed HVAC technician is required to inspect and service the condensate system to correct the issue and prevent further water damage. No plumbing-related defects or failures were found. No repairs performed. Diagnostic assessment and professional recommendation only.
