Responded to main line stoppage. Performed two passes with 75 ft of heavy-duty cable to restore flow. Once flow was temporarily restored, conducted a video inspection of the main sewer line using a high-resolution sewer camera. Inspection revealed significant scale buildup and heavy internal deposits along the pipe walls, indicating advanced pipe degradation. Recommendation: Due to the severity of the scale accumulation, we strongly recommend high-pressure hydro jetting followed by mechanical descaling to thoroughly remove buildup and restore the pipe's internal diameter. Failure to address this promptly may result in recurring blockages and potential pipe damage.
