Needed a new under sink filtration system. James explained everything, answered my questions, provided a free quote and was even nice enough to come back the next day when I wasn’t sure if it was working right (it was). I also really appreciate the follow up by the company does to make sure everything is working well. Second time using John the Plumber and will call them in the future for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
