Upon entry to the property, I had to cut into the ceiling of unit 212 in order to remove the existing PVC P-trap and shower drain flange. I proceeded to pipe all this in and in cast-iron as per picture and video taken. I also installed the shower pan along with a pre-drop test on video to ensure no leaks and also a fill test in the shower pan to ensure no leaks. After this filter test took place. I went back downstairs to unit 212 and as per video taken to ensure that there is no leaks coming from downstairs during the fill task This job is ready to be inspected
