Upon arrival customer showed us water heater and said she was interested in just an estimate today. After inspecting water heater I noticed it was 10 years of age with a gate valve emergency shutoff. I wrote up an estimate for replacing the water heater, gate valve, and electrical whip with switch. I presented it to the customer made sure I had the correct email to send the estimate to.
