Upon arrival customer informed me that he inquiries regarding his hat water heater. Customer was interested in replacing the current heater because he just purchased the unit and wants to bring the heater up to par. Customer has a tankless titan water heater currently. Customer breaker size is only a double pole 30 amp breaker. Customer lives in a condo and the breaker is maxed. I explained to the customer that he has two options. The first option is to install a 50 gallon tanked heater with a booster, or the second option would be to downgrade in breaker size to a double pole 25 to meet the amperage and code requirements for the install. Customer had an electrician in the unit when I first arrived, however the electrician was gone when I went back to the unit. After making the adjustment to the estimate
