We spoke to the homeowner over the phone after diagnosing the situation via isolated clogs in the tub and vanity. After receiving approval to snake the tub, we proceeded with the work. As a courtesy, due to the tenant being partially disabled, we also cleaned the tub, even though this is not typically part of our service. We tested the system afterward to confirm that everything is running properly and in good working condition. No other recommendations at this time, other than advising the association to descale and jet the drain lines to help prevent this issue from occurring again in the future.
