Upon arrival to the location, I met with front desk who explained the issues. They have a total of 3 drinking fountains, two downstairs and one upstairs. The two downstairs have low pressure, and the one upstairs also has the same issue and a filter that needs changing. The fountain’s initially have good pressure but they all die down. I checked the emergency shut off on one of the fountains, and it was fully on, indicating there’s issues with the solenoid valve or regulator in dispensing the water. I recommended replacing both the solenoid valve and regulators for all three fountains. I called the Leandra who’s one of the managers and she just wanted to do the filter swap for now as she needs approval for the other amounts. I told her we will need to order the filter anyways so it can give them more time to get approval for all the work.
