Customer reached out to report that an exterior hose bib was no longer being supplied with water following a recent repair to the property’s main water service. Upon arrival, our technician met with the homeowner to assess the issue. The homeowner explained that they believe the lack of water at the hose bib is due to a disconnected or bypassed line during the previous repair. To facilitate the necessary repair, the homeowner stated they would take responsibility for excavating and exposing the water main piping near the hose bib. Once the piping is accessible, they would like us to return to reconnect or reroute the line as needed to restore full function to the hose bib. While on-site, the customer also requested an evaluation of their existing water heater. Upon inspection, the unit was found to be in an advanced state of deterioration, showing signs of corrosion and inefficiency. We provided a written estimate for the replacement of the water heater, including labor and materials
