Upon arrival customer informed me that she was on vacation and she just got back home and realized her master bathroom was backing up. Customer toilet backed up into shower when flushed. I advised customer I would need to snake the main line to clear the stoppage. Customer had access to roof. I ran 75 ft of k60 reel through bathroom group vent stack. K60 was past the clean out and toilet was still backing up. The rest of the house was draining properly. I advised customer I would need to pull the toilet and snake the 3” line from the closet flange. After pulling toilet, I ran 45 feet of k60 and cleared the stoppage. Reel was passed the clean out. Ran water to house for 29 minutes. Reseated toilet with new wax ring and flange bolts. Also tested line with multiple flushes from toilet. Stoppage was clear and main line drain ping smoothly. Customer satisfied.
