Upon customer request, John, the plumber will proceed to unclog existing kitchen sink. Due to the configuration of the drain and the pee trap, customer understands that the clog will persist and continue due to illegal configuration. During my snake services through the kitchen vent stack on the roof, I pulled back several rocks and a big chunk of roots. I explained to customer that the system needs to be camera in order to assess the extent of the root intrusion and or collapsed pipe. I informed customer that I would do a location service at no charge and I would also snake through the main sewer line on the opposite side of the house to check the condition of the existing trunk line. I also submitted another estimate that customer agreed to to possibly start tomorrow if I’m available. Customer would like ASAP.
