Upon arrival, tenant showed me where sticky glue was coming up from newly placed planks of flooring. Owner explained to me the flooring that was installed is glued down flooring upon testing for leak use pressure gauge to determine there is no hot or cold water leak and no water damage in unit. Only thing we could find was tacky glue coming up from seams of flooring checked whole unit for any water damage or leaks could not find anything landlord is going to have floor guy that they’ve been using for 20 years repair floor in back bedroom. It will call me back and send me pictures if any water is found. Also, landlord will be sending check-in through the mail thank you
