Upon arrival, the customer showed us the malfunctioning toilet in the guest bathroom, which was not operating properly due to old internal components. The fill valve would not fill, and the flapper was warped in both the master and guest toilets. The customer also pointed out an issue with the pop-up assembly in the right sink of the master bathroom, which was stuck due to a broken stem. We provided estimates for all noted issues, and the customer agreed to the work. We replaced the flapper and fill valve in both toilets to address the corrosion and sticking issues. The fill valve in the guest bathroom was plugged and not functioning. These repairs restored full service to both toilets. We also replaced the pop-up assembly in the master bathroom sink with a new unit, resolving the issue with the stopper being stuck. Additionally, we provided the customer with an estimate to replace the water heater, as it is well beyond the recommended replacement date.
