Upon customer request, customer would like the existing trap arm for the kitchen sink lowered into the cabinet in order to correctly plum in the kitchen sink per Florida plumbing code. This will get rid of the existing Strap, which is causing severe blockage in the kitchen. John, the plumber will cut into the exterior of the front of the house to access the existing trap arm and vent stack. John, the plumber will then proceed to cut the existing vent stack tea out of the wall to lower the trap arm to proper height. John, the plumber will then proceed to hard pipe the existing trap arm and schedule 40 DWV PVC according to Florida plumbing code. Customer will receive a new P-trap as well. John, the plumber is not responsible for replacement of masonry work. Customer would also like to join the JTP club membership for annual sneaking services.
