We met with the homeowner to review options for replacing the water heater currently located in the attic. The homeowner requested three options to be written up: 1. Replacing the current attic unit with a new tank-style water heater in the attic. 2. Relocating the water heater to a closet inside the home. 3. Installing a tankless water heater on an interior wall. We explained that each option provides its own benefits. Keeping the tank in the attic maintains the existing layout. Relocating to a closet provides easier access and takes the heater out of the attic. A tankless on the interior wall provides space savings and continuous hot water supply. The homeowner will review the written quotes and decide how they want to move forward.
