Upon arrival the customer informed us that he had pest control come and they performed a smoke test from the roof stack. During the smoke test, the smoke started to come out of the guest bathroom. I had the customer call back the pest control company and have the technician Call me to confirm exactly where the smoke was coming from. The pest control company got back to me and didn’t have an exact spot the smoke was coming from, only form toilet it guest bathroom. I wrote an estimate to do a leak detection. I preformed a smoke test and found the smoke coming from the bottom of the toilet. After I ran the camera to check the pipes to make sure it was all intact and all the pipes are looking great. The customer said that they were going to pull and reset the toilet themselves.
