Upon arrival to the location, we met with Brian who was outside waiting on us. He began by explaining he had Comcast over a few days ago running some wires underground and they accidentally hit the water service line and broke it. They tried to repair it after the fact but a day later, their repair did not hold. Brian currently has the water off to the home, and is looking to get repair done asap. The dirt was hardly backfilled and the pipes were partially exposed. He confirmed the configuration of what was in the ground, so I could give him a repair cost. In addition, he thought it was a little pricey but he agreed on the spot repair. Furthermore, we fully exposed the pipe and made the necessary repair. We then waited about 30 minutes to let glue dry and afterwards we tested to assure no leaks. In conclusion, we showed Brian the work and then backfilled afterwards. The water is on to the home and all is working accordingly at the moment. Tech will access water line and cut out bad se
