Owner-tenant-property managers scenario Property manager called regarding a water heater replacement, when we arrived we evaluated heater and the surroundings of heater and while doing so the tenant disclosed that the city is strictly enforcing customer to address code violations. The scope of work includes a new 50 gallon 4500 watt Rheem water heater in pan with electrical disconnect switch and permit. Property manager was contacted and needs to run estimates by actual landlord who is overseas and will get back to us tomorrow morning. Will follow up.
