Customer call John the plumber out today to get an estimate on replacing his water heater. Customer is being forced to replace the water heater because insurance is making him do so because of the age of the unit. The insurance company is requiring for the customer to get a licensed company to perform the work and customer has until November to replace water heater. Technician will provide the customer with the few options to resolve all of his issues. Customer is going to get a few more estimates and will contact us before November if he decides to move forward with any work.
