Upon arrival we were shown to a leaky three handle shower, faulty laundry Valves, 5 seized emergency shutoff Valves, a customer supplied kitchen faucet, a customer supplied bathroom faucet a failing toilet fill Valve, kitchen needing drain lines and also one of the bathrooms and we also discovered A gate valve for the main. An estimate for this was work was agreed on and today we did everything besides the shower valve and the customer supplied bathroom faucet. We extensively checked the work we completed today for leaks and proper functionality. Everything is working properly and leak free. We will come back Friday to complete the rest of the work due to the customer supplied bathroom faucet being delivered Thursday.
