Customer contacted us regarding the installation of a new reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system at the kitchen sink. Upon arrival, we were shown the new, boxed RO system, which includes a dedicated faucet (cup filler). We noted that there was no existing hole in the countertop to accommodate the faucet. The customer was informed that a hole must be cut by a qualified granite specialist. An estimate for this work was provided. The customer also brought to our attention an issue with an unused whole home filtration system. The existing setup lacked a bypass, which was impacting normal water flow. We provided an estimate to eliminate the unused filtration piping and install a new, separate ball valve for the main emergency water shut-off. This scope of work was approved. In addition, the installation of two new hose bibs—one on the main water line and one in the backyard—was also approved. All work was completed and thoroughly tested.
