This was not a recall. This was a warranty job. After speaking with supervision, I was informed that I was allowed to fix the sprinkler line at no cost to customer with customer supplied parts. Video showed that new sprinkler head is installed and with no leaks Customer stated he will adjust the sprinkler head at a later date for spray pattern. Please mark as warranty call or non opportunity
