Upon arrival to the location, I met with Susan who showed us inside. Susan mentioned Jeff wasn’t home but we could give him a call to talk about what needs to happen. She took us to the kitchen, and they had just got an inspection from their insurance company and were flagged on the two emergency shut off valves under the kitchen sink. Moreover, I went to check out the main valve since will have to shut water off to the home, and also realized it was a gate valve. Furthermore, I called Jeff and explained what was going on, I recommended changing the main valve with hose bib as well and he thought it was a good idea. He approved over phone and I suggested he call Susan so we all could be on the same page. Susan then gave me the green light and we bang by shutting the meter off and doing the main valve. After the main valve we changed the shut off valves and checked for leaks and no leaks were detected anywhere. Hence, we collected payment and all is operating accordingly. Install 2 Du
