Site Conditions & Observations: Upon arrival, the client reported recent water intrusion localized near the kitchen sink and dishwasher area. Client had previously removed the dishwasher unit, revealing visible moisture beneath the laminate floating flooring. A visual inspection through an existing floor penetration confirmed the presence of residual water beneath the subfloor, consistent with an active leak event. A preliminary pressure line assessment was conducted using pressure gauge diagnostics. Results indicated a minor, leak consistent with a pressurized water line failure. Leak was not visibly accessible; water migration appears to have originated from a concealed section of piping within the kitchen cabinetry or wall cavity. Additionally, the client disclosed a recent kitchen remodel due to prior water damage. A previously compromised waste arm assembly had been replaced during that renovation. Preliminary Findings: Standing moisture present under laminate flooring near sink
