Upon arrival, customer advised me that his current tankless Titan hot water heater was broken. He was not receiving hot water. Customer was receiving 240 V to the systems so there was power being provided. The unit was burnt out and I recommended that the customer replace the unit. Customer said he already ordered an equivalent Titan and wanted to know how much the install would be when it arrived. I told the customer that I would provide a quote and I also recommended that he go with a Rheem RTEX equivalent. Customer said he would take a look at the quote and worst case scenario. He has a return policy where he can return the Titan that he ordered. Customer currently does not have hot water and will make a decision as soon as possible. He asked if I would be doing the install and preferred that I be the one doing the install.
