Upon arrival, customer inform me that this was an assisted living facility, and there was a whole house stoppage in the main line. One of the facility workers said that the entire master bathroom area was flooded when she came in to work. When I arrive all the water had receded, and she had cleaned up most of it so there was no option of flushing the toilet to isolate the flaw. I advised customer that I would have to look for a clean out on the outside of the facility and possibly sneak it through there if there was access. And then located to clean out in front of the facility and it was completely full and overflowing. After relieving the clean out, I use the K 60 reel to snake the drain and it went about 45 feet before it ended up in the septic tank. The septic tank was visibly notably full so I advised the facility representative that they probably need to contact a septic company to suck out the tank.
