This estimate is for replacement of existing cast-iron Santary lines for the two main bathroom groups located on the left side of the property along with a new main trunk line that will be tied directly into the city sewer. John the plumber will tunnel from the exterior of the house to the existing cast iron bathroom groups. Once existing cast-iron sanitary system has been exposed. John the plumber will provide and replace the existing cast-iron with schedule 40 DWV PVC per Florida plumbing code. Once new bathroom group fittings and sanitary pipe has been installed, a trench will be dug along the left side of the property and to the front of the property to access the city, main sewer. John, the plumber will use the same fill dirt to compact the underground tunnel. John the plumber is not responsible for replacement of any sod and or shrubbery that may need to be removed during this project.
