Upon arrival to the location, nobody was home, I called the number on file and they mentioned Michael was aware of my visit. I didn’t find the meter to turn the water off so I called again, and was given Michael’s number. I got in contact with him, he also wasn’t aware of the meter box location. I called the city and they mentioned they will send someone out shortly. I started with the hose bibs which I had to break into the wall for each one. Before finishing the second bib, the city arrived, showed me the meter box and cut off the water. Furthermore, I finished the hose bibs, then repaired the main valve. I tested the main valve first, it held with no leaks then I opened the main valve to check for leaks at the hose bibs. No leaks were detected, so I began to patch each hose bib.
