Upon arrival customer advised me that he had a makeshift shower head that another plumber put on a while ago and it exploded. Other plumber decided to make the valve handles inoperable. The customer explained to me that he was not interested in doing any new parts or replacement because he will be remodeling soon. He simply wanted the water to stop coming out of the shower head so he can turn the water back on. Customer shut the water off with his own meter key prior to visit. As a realtor, customer frequently uses Docs Plumbing. This is customer first experience with John the Plumber. I explained that normally we recommended to replace the valve however I understand the issue and I will solve his problem.
