Met with the homeowner, who explained that he had recently received a high water bill. Upon entering the home for inspection, a running toilet was immediately heard. The homeowner informed us that he is hard of hearing and partially deaf. Work Performed • Rebuilt the toilet using minor parts and adjustments. • After the rebuild, rechecked the system and confirmed that no leaks were present in the home.
