Homeowner complaint of system not cooling properly. Upon arrival both thermostats were calling for cooling. Both thermostats, zone control board, and both damper motors communicating/functioning properly. Noticed outside equipment/condenser turning off and on. Found weak capacitor for outside equipment and dirty condenser coils Primary cause for failure is dirty condenser(outside) coils causing pressure switch to engage and stop system. Performed maintenance and cleaned coils. Homeowner authorized repairs Installed turbo capacitor and hard start kit after washing coil. Checked all electrical components and refrigerant charge after repair and wash. Outdoor fan motor has a higher amp draw than what manufacturer has rated for. Potential failure. Will leave additional estimate for fan motor. Refrigerant charge within manufacturer specifications. System not retaining water and appears to be draining properly. Applied total-c drain solution to primary drain. System provides a 20°F. Delta Te
