Arrived on site, homeowners son explained the system was not cooling the downstairs to the same level it used to (70degrees). Found thermostat downstairs set to 73 with the set point met and the upstairs set to 70 with set point met. Measured temperature split 20 degrees. Upon testing refrigerant pressures I found them to be low. I conducted a courtesy leak search at the indoor coil and found a leak (video attached). Discussed with homeowner about replacing the coil to stop the leak. Unit is under warranty until next yr. Homeowner would only be responsible for filter dryer, refrigerant, and labor.
