I performed a single system cooling maintenance on a 2017 zoned gas system. I checked amps, capacitors, filter, electrical, drains, cleanliness, and safeties. The system is fully operational and cooling within manufacture specifications. I noticed the system did not have any water safety products. I offer to add a float switch and blow out valve. These will help keep the home safer from water damage and allow the customer the accessibility to clear their own drain. Customer declined estimate at the time of service.
