Arrived on site, found 2020 3T carrier conventional system off. Homeowner stated that system was freezing up around the compressor about a week ago and this last Sunday it happened again. Homeowner shut off unit and turned fan on to defrost unit. Upon arrival, I found blower running and filter only appeared to be a month or 2 old. I then measured refrigerant pressures and found them to be within manufacturer specifications both standing and after running for 30 minutes. I could not find any restrictions with the refrigerant and pressures did not indicate such. I then opened the evaporator and saw the TXV bulb was insulated, although I could not reach far enough to verify positioning of bulb. I also did not see any kind of airflow restriction in or around the coil. I then extensively tested the blower motor and found the amps draw to be within manufacturer specifications. I did not hear any abnormalities with motor ramping up and down and I tried opening and closing filter door to induc
