Preformed duct cleaning estimate. I thoroughly evaluated the ducts and system itself. The homeowner did mention that she hasn’t had the ducts cleaned or anything for atleast 30 years of living in the home. The unit is from 2012 rheem electric system, i found that the blower wheel and housing had some growth along with dust/debris build up. Presented all picture documentation of my findings to the homeowner. I presented options for the homeowner to go over.
