Upon arrival, I gained access to the attic space and measured the depth in multiple areas. I found that the home has an average of 7” of insulation. I located 1 recessed light, and I found, what I presumed to be the bathroom vent, to be buried in insulation. I noticed that one of the emergency pans was beginning to rust through. I brought this up to the customer. I have approval to heavily discount the emergency pan, if the customer approves the bundle option. This option includes: maintenance program, R38 insulation, and emergency drain pan.
