I performed a heating maintenance on 2 gas systems. I checked amps, capacitors, filters, electrical, cleanliness, and safeties. Customer and I spoke about allergens and decided airscrubbers would be a good fit for the home. The outdoor units currently have surge protection and the indoor units do not. The flue pipe on the downstairs system is currently not designed properly and could lead to dangerous situations by not allowing the combustion gases to escape properly. The sediment trap on the downstairs system is not designed properly and not removing sediment/moisture out of the gas.
