Arrived on site for no heat on existing system where only the thermostat was replaced on Saturday. Began system inspection by inspecting all wire connections, and found no issues. Proceeded to test unit heating in test mode. Heating worked without issue in stage one and stage two. i’ve been tested heating organically outside of test mode and noticed unit began a cooling cycle tested Y1 and Y2 two to common and found 24 V while I measured nothing on W1W2. This leads me to believe it is an issue with the thermostat. I then proceeded to review the thermostats programming and found it set up for 2 heat 2 cool gas. Contacted train tech-support and was advised to do a factory reset on the thermostat. Upon conducting the factory reset and reprogramming, the furnace began to heat without issue. Conducted multiple heat cycles and allowed it to run for a while to ensure no safety or sensors tripped. I’ve been proceeded withthe QC on the new system we installed.
