Upon arrival, I found that the left downstairs unit is receiving power for low voltage and high voltage. There are no lights on lighting up on the board. I just R to W and the system is not doing anything. There is a burn spot present on the board. The downstairs right system was in a limit lock out. I reset the lock out to find the blower is not coming on. I checked my 24v for the speed and my 120v for the motor. The motor is receiving all voltage necessary to operate but is not coming on. The blower motor is on order in Dallas at Carrier and the control board is on order at Century Supply. I emailed the payment link for dispatch and repair work.
