Upon arrival, I discovered the outdoor unit in a low pressure lock out. I reset the outdoor unit and tested the system in cooling. It appeared that the system was low on R410a. I proceeded to introduce refrigerant to the system for testing purposes. I added approximately 1 and a half pounds. This verified that it was low due to pressures leveling out. I proceeded with a leak search and got minor alerts on my infrared leak detector in the evaporator coil. Also, I suspect that the blower may be having an issue. We will have to reach out to the manufacture on Monday to locate the coil. We will replace the blower motor, as well. Customer has parts and labor until 2031.
