Preformed single system cooling maintenance on a 2020 gas system. I tested all electrical components on the inside unit. All tested within manufacturer specifications. I also changed out the filter for the client at today’s visit. 20x25x4. I checked for cleanliness of the system. I did notice the ducts did have some dust build up as well as the plenum boxes. I also noticed the clients filtration was not as affective as it could be. I present options to have the ducts cleaned and an Aprilaire conversion kit installed to help improve air quality. Client stated that the mast bedroom wasn’t getting sufficient air flow to it. I adjusted the manual dampers to the best i could to allow more air flow into the master bed room. I did provide estimate to have air balancing done on the entire home to help with this concern. I treated drain lines with total c.
