I performed a 2 system cooling maintenance. I checked amps, capacitors, filters, drains, electrical, cleanliness, and safeties. I noticed that the primary drain line was leaking water. After further investigation, I found that the male threaded adapter was cracked. With not knowing if it was caused by us, I repaired the leaking drain with approval from Jacob. I noticed that both blower motors have build up and could use cleaning, the capacitor for the downstairs system is reading weak, and the downstairs could use a hard start kit. I provided options to address these noticed issues in an attempt to prolong the life of these units.
