Upon arrival, I found that the compressor was in a thermal lockout. I cooled the compressor to allow myself to diagnose it. I found that the compressor is not pumping refrigerant. I further verified the failure by shutting the liquid line and found it would not pump down. I asked Kelsie to figure out the availability due to what time it was, and I continued progressing through my call. Kelsie informed me that the compressor is available and we will need to reach out to the customer in the morning to update with a timeline. I priced the refrigerant and liquid line dryer. I took a deposit of 200.00 and collected my dispatch.
