Upon arrival, I found that the outdoor unit was not turning on. I opened the panel on the outdoor unit, and observed the communication light flashing red. This indicated that there is a loss in communication. I powered cycled the equipment and yielded the same result. I began testing the outdoor unit and was not receiving voltage on 1 and 2. I removed the plug and tested it again and still was not getting anything. I proceeded inside. I removed the plug and tested 1 and 2 out of the control board. I was not getting any communication voltage out of the indoor control board to go outside. I located the control board at Standard supply and got it on order.
