Wow! I saw in ad about Cool Air about a AC tune up. I was happy to interact with personable staff on the phone, received timely communication about my appointment, informed with a text and photo of a professionally prepared tradesman (Isaac) who provided a thorough inspection and cleaning of my hvac system. I could not have experienced anything better than what I did and Isaac was competent, respectful (he wore shoe booties on my carpet) and professional. I will always call these folks for my hvac needs from now on as prices were also competitive.
