Furnace maintenance on a Comfort Pro system. Checked gas pressures, blower operations, and thermostat functionality.
Arrived on site to preform a 20 point maintenance on a comfort pro furnace. Upon arrival I kicked unit on into heat mode. Verified the heating sequence and everything ran normally. Took an inducer motor amp draw, inducer amps were within design range. Checked burner assembly and flue vent for proper venting. There were no leaks detected at the time of maintenance. Changed filter 16X25X5 merv 16 HCS, static pressure was slightly higher than what was rated not to concerning now but as time goes on that should be addressed, I explained this to the customer and what things we could do to fix that in the future if he so chooses. Switched to cooling took a blower motor amp draw when running the hardest, blower motor was within range as well. Condensate was cleared and was draining at the time of maintenance (condensate pump). Recommended a whole home purification as he said his wife gets allergies, he said he would talk it over with he wife and may consider it in the future. Unit was operati
Performed maintenance on a 2016 Goodman condenser. Outdoor unit was chemically washed. Refrigerant levels were verified in range. Cooling temperature split is 20 degrees. Outdoor electrical components were measured and tested. Condensate lines are clear. Filter is dirty customer will change himself. System is operational at end of appointment.
Performed AC maintenance on a 2016 Goodman condenser. Filter is clean. Cooling temperature split is 19 degrees. Blower wheel is clean and spinning well. Duct runs are sealed. Condensate lines are clear, condensate pump is in good condition. Outdoor unit was deep cleaned. Starting components were measured and recorded. Outdoor amp draws are good at this time. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit is not electrically protected. Customer requested a heating check, verified heating temperature split at 30 degrees. System was cycled and off at end of appointment.

Dusted off all electrical components. Circuit board and electrical components good. Offered to replace surge protector that client has up in attic, client has power strip connected to furnace. Offered to have surge protector that comes with system warranty. Client denied. Went over checklist with client. System is operating at normal operations, passed inspection. System was reset tested and fully functional.

Motor control ok. High voltage line switch ok. Freon is ok. Bearings ok. Unit operational upon departure.
