Upon arrival performed maintenance on heating system. We installed about 4 years ago. Ducting is in very good condtion. Condensation pump in working order. Filter is beginning to get dirty. Dusted off all electrical components. Circuit board and electrical components good. Offered to replace surge protector that client has up in attic, client has power strip connected to furnace. Offered to have surge protector that comes with system warranty. Client denied. Went over checklist with client. System is operating at normal operations, passed inspection. System was reset tested and fully functional.
