Arrived on site to perform two System AC Diagnostic on 2005 ICP condensing units. Upon arrival client stated that downstairs is no longer blowing any air and upstairs is not cooling off. They have only lived in the house for about a year and have had multiple renovations done. Began at indoor unit for downstairs and found that single second of the motor control has failed. This is due to the indoor blower motor beginning to use too much amps and working hard overtime. Installed new single secondary motor control and motor fired up And was drawing high power. Proceeded to outdoor units and found both dual secondary motor controls were weak and out of range which can result in the outdoor condensing units failing on start up. Advised clients that systems are from 2005 in any repairs done will be considered a Band-Aid. Leo was unable to reach his father to approve repairs and will ask us to call him in a couple days but would like to just do the bare minimum repair at this time to get it
