Fantastic customer service!



First call was answered immediately by Christina. She responded to my plea for assistance with a helpful and reassuring tone. Being my 15th call and the only one to be answered by a live person on a Saturday I think she could sense that I was overheated, irritated and desperate for help. When asked if there was any possibility of having someone on a hot July day from an HVAC company to come out and look at my dead system she responded with what can only be described as an angelic voice “Yes! Let me call on of my service techs and let you know what time he can come over”. My sense of dread for the coming heat wave was quickly dwindling as my conversation turned to hope that soon my humble home would be cooled with the help of this amazing person in the other end of the phone. Later that day as the heat drove it’s way through my home and the sweat dripping from my brow made me regret the purchase of leather sofa recliners I received a text message from Cristina apologizing profusely for the lateness of the technician as he was wrapped in a battle with another system and was not giving up until he conquered his enemy of aged compressors and old wiring. Seeing that I wasn’t expecting anyone on a Saturday evening in the middle of a Southern California heat wave I was happy to wait no matter how long it took for the technician to overcome his foe. Open lines of communication are key to a successful relationship and Christina understood this. As the evening drew near and the sun began its descent in the western sky a van approached from the north and stopped in front of my home. Out strode Madison. Ready to tackle the next mission. He quickly assessed that my statement of “this will be an easy one” was in fact wrong as there are no easy ones in this game of HVAC. He throughly tested every aspect of my troubled system and was able to determine that this in fact would NOT be “easy”. 2 words came from his mouth like daggers “grounded compressor”. My heart sank. Even with my 20 mins of google searching compared to his YEARS of experience I knew this was not what I wanted to hear. After some deliberation with my better half we determined we need more options than just to repair an already aging and dilapidated system. But we knew that when it came to selling of the new system we were inquiring about Madison was just not the person for that but he knew the right person. Would we have to wait for normal business hours to resume to find the information we so desperately needed? Would we continue to sweat and rethink our decision to live in such a beautiful yet hot area of this country? No and yet again no. Madison made one call. That one call gave us the last pice of this puzzle we had been building since that first call with Christina. The sun has fully set now and the night creatures have begun to sing. Mateo is on his way and with him the answers. He arrives and we present him with our gift of Chipotle and water. A meal fit not for a king but a knowledgeable sales person that will walk us through this labyrinth of HVAC terms and systems. Overall 2 thumbs up.
