Rafael installed our 5T Lennox AC and furnace. He did a fantastic job! He had an apprentice or assistant Sebastian and they arrived on time, Rafael briefed me on what he was going to do. He executed everything flawlessly! Here’s the thing the work was hard. It was hot in the crawl space and he was calm and engaging with me throughout. When he was completed he did not rush through the de-brief but remained on point. He’s a real pro! Thanks CAS! This has been a great experience.
